NeuVia® stevia is a natural sweetener which is extracted from stevia rebaudiana bertoni. Stevia has a long history used as sweetener in its origin, Paraguay. It contains several non-caloric glycosides, the sweet components of the stevia leaf. The principal sweetening glycosides derived from the plant are Stevioside and Rebaudioside A (Reb A). These natural sweeteners are 200-450 times sweeter than sugar.
